This Maple-Glazed Chicken recipe is one of those recipes that I’ve been making for so long for my family that I have no idea where it came from. My family loves it, and I’m sure yours will as well. I serve it with rice or quinoa and carrots or red potatoes.
1 pound of chicken breast or tenderloin
2 tsp. of steak grilling seasoning blend (I switch it to Rotisserie for a different, but still yummy flavor)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup Grade B Organic maple syrup
1/2 cup sliced green onion (about 4)
Lightly coat chicken with seasoning. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink turning once halfway through cooking. Remove from skillet; cover and keep warm. Stir maple syrup into hot skillet; cook 2 minutes. Stir in green onions.
3. Divide chicken and potatoes among 4 plates. Drizzle with maple syrup mixture.
